Michael Chevalier-White is a Managing Director in Raymond James Energy Investment Banking Group in Houston, Texas. Michael focuses on advising clients on a broad range of acquisitions, sales, recapitalizations and financings within the Energy Service & Equipment industry.
Michael joined the Raymond James & Associates Energy Group in April 2012 upon the firm’s acquisition of Morgan Keegan and has over 20 years of combined energy investment banking and public accounting experience. Prior to Raymond James and Morgan Keegan, Michael co-founded Paragon Advising, a Houston-based investment bank advising clients in the energy service industry, from 2001 – 2010.
Prior to co-founding Paragon Advising, Michael was a Senior Manager in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice of Ernst & Young. Michael served in E&Y’s National Accounting, specializing in financial services accounting and auditing issues. Michael has led numerous engagements relating to financial audits, M&A transactions and due diligence assignments.
Michael graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History in 1988 and from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University with a Masters of Accounting in 1989.
