Tommy O. Huie

Mr. Huie joined Pennant Management in 2013. Before becoming President and Chief Investment Officer at Pennant Management, Mr. Huie led M&I Investment Management Corp., and its successor, BMO Asset Management Corp., as Director, President and Chief Investment Officer. Having begun his financial services career in 1987, Mr. Huie has developed and managed all aspects of investments, including asset allocation, product development and distribution, and investment risk management. Among Mr. Huie’s recognitions of leadership was a Lipper award for best fixed income team.

Mr. Huie earned both a bachelor of science and a bachelor of arts from Rice University, and a master of business administration from the University of Chicago’s Booth Graduate School of Business. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Mr. Huie has contributed his time and talent to many industry and community groups, including charities and civic organizations. He is a Founding Director of the Chicago Quantitative Alliance, and serves on the Council of Overseers for the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University. In addition, he is a member of the CFA Society of Milwaukee and the CFA Institute.
