Jones School Endowment Facts
The Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business endowment, represented by 94 individual funds valued at $250 million as of June 30, 2008, is managed and invested as part of the Rice University endowment. Thanks to our dedicated donors in the past, more than 76% of daytime MBA students receive a scholarship administered by the Jones School.
In celebration of Rice University's 100th anniversary in 2012, the Jones Graduate School of Business and Rice University is raising $10 million for scholarships as part of the Centennial Scholarship Initiative.
Why give an endowed scholarship?
The Jones School's ability to recruit quality students and faculty and sustain growth depend heavily on scholarships offerings. Scholarship endowments help the Jones School continue to attract top ranked business students and faculty from diverse backgrounds and geographic regions.
Each year, the Jones School offers merit-based and need-based scholarships for daytime Rice MBA students.
