Elizabeth C. O’Sullivan is the Director of the MBA Communication program and a Senior Lecturer in Communication. She teaches Leadership Communication in the Executive MBA and MBA for Professionals programs, serves on the Action Learning Project Faculty, teaches in Executive Education, and coaches PhD students in communication skills development. She initiated the international immersion program at the Jones Graduate School and is the author of numerous in class exercises and mini-cases.

Prior to joining Rice, Ms. O’Sullivan was Manager of Corporate Communication and Investor Relations for Oceaneering International, Inc., an offshore services company, for eight years. Ms. O’Sullivan also spent one year serving as Corporate Communication Manager for the Meridian Resource Corporation. She maintains an active consulting practice developing executive education programs in the areas of corporate communications, career planning, and U.S. business culture, as well as providing individualized coaching in public speaking and interpersonal communications.
