Rice University Executive Education is your partner in delivering customized programs for your business. To assist companies in addressing unique organizational challenges, we consider your company's needs, goals, implementation, time and location for an optimized executive learning experience. Whether the issue is of a general nature, such as strengthening leadership skills, or more specific, such as handling the transition to a new technology, any of our existing programs can be adjusted for content to meet your organization's challenges.
Relationship Building: The process begins by cultivating relationships. During this period, we will learn about your organization and the organization will learn about what we can do.
Needs Analysis and Assessment: During this phase, ExecEd will engage the key individuals in the organization who are developing the statement of needs and requirements. The focus here is to ensure that we meet the organization’s needs, and can positively influence the outcomes and understand the organizational learning requirements.
Program Development: Given our understanding generated in phase 2, Rice develop organization specific programs for their future development. At this stage, we will develop program specifications that articulate program objectives, delivery schedule, content and cost.
Program Delivery: Top facilitators will deliver the content elements of the designed programs to clients to ensure that organizational objectives in knowledge and skill acquisition are met.
Follow Up and Closure: We will complete the quality assurance process – identify value added from the programs, potential areas for future growth with the organization, and provide a closure report.
