Company Requirements to Participate in an Action Learning Project

• A completed application form   
• A proposal that describes the business process or issue to be evaluated
• A finalized request for proposal (RFP) reflecting changes in project specifications as agreed upon with the Jones School
• Appointment of a company liaison to interact with the students and facilitate their access to company information and personnel. Note that the liaison must attend two Action Learning Project events, including Company Day at the Jones School, and the final team presentation.
• The Rice MBA student team must be provided resources and support as needed, including designated work areas, telephones, fax machines, computers, and copying equipment.
• Rice MBA students must be reimbursed for project-related expenses such as travel, telephone/fax use, and final report production.
