Michael Chevalier-White

Michael Chevalier-White is a Managing Director in Morgan Keegan’s Energy Service & Equipment Investment Banking Group in Houston, Texas. Michael focuses on advising clients on a broad range of acquisitions, sales, recapitalizations and financings within the Energy Service & Equipment industry.

Michael joined Morgan Keegan in 2010 and has over 20 years of combined energy investment banking and public accounting experience. Prior to joining Morgan Keegan, Michael co-founded Paragon Advising, a Houston-based investment bank advising clients in the energy service industry, from 2001 – 2010.

Prior to co-founding Paragon Advising, Michael was a Senior Manager in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice of Ernst & Young. Michael served in E&Y’s National Accounting, specializing in financial services accounting and auditing issues. Michael has led numerous engagements relating to financial audits, M&A transactions and due diligence assignments.

Michael graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History in 1988 and from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University with a Masters of Accounting in 1989.
