Phillip Brown

Phillip Brown is a Process and Capabilities Manager within the Operations Division of Hewlett Packard Company. Phillip’s roles and responsibilities center around projects related to asset releases and compliance/audit initiatives throughout the Americas.

Prior to joining Hewlett Packard in 2008, Phillip worked as a Strategic Sales and Marketing Representative for a privately owned financial consulting company named John M. Floyd & Associates. Phillip worked primarily with executives of banks and credit unions on the East Coast.

Phillip graduated with Honors from the University of Houston where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in both Management and Marketing in 2005. He also earned an M.B.A. from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University, where he was selected for the Jones Citizenship Award, in 2008.

Phillip serves on the Alumni Board of the Jones School at Rice, and stays involved with the school by organizing alumni events in the Houston area while also working to promote the Jones School brand to perspective students. He takes part in many on and off campus recruiting information sessions and serves a mentor to current students.
